These terms cover reservations made through ridewonder.com or by phone. By booking, you agree to them.

Reservations & pricing
- Flat rates are quoted in writing before you confirm. Once confirmed, the rate doesn't change unless you change the trip.
- Hourly trips have a two-hour minimum.
- Tolls, gratuity (suggested 18-20%), and waiting time over 15 minutes from the booked pickup may add to the total.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card is authorized when you book and charged after your trip is complete — we never see or store your full card number. We may use your saved card for post-trip add-ons (an extra stop, wait time beyond the included window, or extra hours); we'll let you know before any additional charge.
Cancellation
Cancel free of charge before your scheduled pickup — use Manage reservationor call us. Because your card is only captured after the trip, a timely cancellation means no charge. If we introduce a last-minute cancellation fee, you'll see the exact policy on the booking page before you confirm.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or end a trip in cases of abuse toward chauffeurs, illegal activity, or unsafe conduct.
Liability
Ride Wonder LLC carries commercial auto insurance meeting all Florida Vehicle-For-Hire requirements. Except where Florida law provides otherwise, our liability for any claim arising from a trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, dated above. Changes don't affect a reservation you've already confirmed.
